Healing Appointments
My healing path is part of the ancient shamanic spiritual tradition of the Nahua people of Mexico’s central highlands that works in an active relationship with the forces of divine nature.
In a healing session, you will sit with me at my healing altar in my consultorio and explore the life circumstances that bring you to seek help or restoration. Then, according to your unique situation, you may receive a special spiritual cleansing or “limpia”.
These take a number of forms based on your needs and are all part of this Nahua tradition. You may also receive guidance and even “homework” to help you move forward in your healing journey. These types of interventions have provided well-being for people since ancient times and are still highly effective today.
This medicine has proven effective in bringing deep healing for physical illnesses, as well as emotional and spiritual issues.

House Clearing
While our dwellings defend us from the sun, rain, cold and other elements they also retain a buildup of the spiritual energetics from our lives, situations, and difficulties. Throughout time it has been understood by this tradition that, like ourselves, our homes need cleaning also. Part of my Nahua healing work is learning the time-honored process of comprehending what is present in the residence, what spiritual process is required for cleaning, and how to apply it. This can range from a gentle purification of your space, a removal of strong, nonphysical negativity to the ejection of malevolent forces or entities.
A house clearing requires two visits; one to evaluate the space and the second to prepare and perform the cleansing process.
Shadow lifting
What is well understood in the tradition is that when someone dies part of them can remain at the location of death. This part is called the spiritual shadow, a part of their soul. Part of the work with the deceased is to remove the shadow so that it remains with the body and therefore supports the peace of the departed. This need is poorly understood in modern culture. Therefore, a “shadow” of the deceased can linger in the space when there has been a death in a home. I offer the long-established process for removing or “lifting” this remaining presence that can benefit the deceased as well as the current inhabitants.
Fire Gatherings
Sponsored by the international organization Sacred Fire, these monthly Community Fires offer support through the medicine of Fire and community. Fire is a spiritual presence in the world and within us. Many people today appreciate the experience of gathering around the fire to experience its transformative healing. All are welcome.

Women’s Retreats
This Sacred Fire LifeWays Retreat is held at least annually. It offers women the opportunity to gather in sacred circle in a retreat setting and supports women to stand, speak, and act from the authority of the Sacred Feminine. The retreat is about rooting into the power of women’s collective wisdom, creative expression, and courageous leadership – and to rise from that place to meet the world.
